About the role

  • Collaborate with the Product Development Team, Purchasing, and Suppliers to drive design for manufacturability for new Cell-to-Pack, Module, and Battery Pack Assembly.
  • Play a crucial role in leading simultaneous engineering from a manufacturing feasibility perspective.
  • Develop the next-generation manufacturing strategies, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • In-depth experience writing, reviewing, and coaching PFMEA and Control Plan.
  • 3+ years’ experience in – Automated Production system operations.
  • Self-starting, self-directed, with influential organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong manufacturing background with a heavy emphasis on production experience.
  • Ability to travel locally and regionally to support the position initiatives.
  • Strong Independent leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Catia V5 and / or 3D Experience (3DX).
