About the role

  • - Lead VHM4-IPTSE (ICE Propulsion and Thermal systems ) Sub-system Variability Reduction Team (VRT). Analyze Internal (Plant) and External Customer quality data 0-3MIS (Warranty, GQRS, JD Powers, Drive, etc) to determine where to focus the IPTSE Teams to implement fixes ( Design, Supplier Quality, Supplier Design , Plant Process) for Responsible of Subsystem. And Interface with PVT in other T6 Plants (GVRT) to coordinate Quality Investigations and replication Improvement.
  • - Manage Engineering Change (OPD, SREA) Introduction and Functional Build in FTM for Responsible Powertrain Subsystem.
  • - Support Functional Quality Review (FQR), Vehicle Quality Reviews (VQR), Global Vehicle Quality Reviews (GVQR) and other Quality Review for Responsible Powertrain Subsystem Related.

Requirements

  • **Education Qualification **
  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial Engineering Preferred)
  • **Number of Years of Experience :**
  • - **At least 2-5 years of work experience and preferred in the Manufacturing environment **
  • Professional Exposure:
  • - Strong understanding Powertrain Sub-system ( Engine, Transmission, Driveline, Exhaust System, Cooling System, Fuel System, Air Induction System , HVAC , Vehicle Control Software)
  • - Experience in Vehicle diagnosis, On board diagnosis (OBD).
  • - Ford Warranty systems knowledge of ECB, BSAQ, GSAR
  • - Demonstrated Technical Problem-Solving Skills. Understand quality tool - G8D , 3Leg 5Why ,6 sigma (Green belt , Black belt)
  • - Ability to establish a systems engineering approach to problem solving. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • - Excellent presentation skills, Storytelling approach.
  • - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel , Power BI , PowerAPP)
  • - Working in a fast-paced challenging environment. Able to work under high pressure, make timely containment-action decisions (ERA, ICA, PCA) based on data-driven analysis.
  • - Flexible working hours and can participate in overnight meetings with engineering teams globally across multiple time zones.
  • Skill & Knowledge requirement :
  • - Experience in CAD (2D/3D), Team center, GD&T
  • - Power BI , Power App , AI
  • - Excellent in Microsoft Office (Excel , Power Point , One note ect.)
  • - Quality methodologies , G8D , 3Leg 5Why
  • - 6 sigma (Green belt /Black belt) , DFMEA , PFMEA
  • - PPAP process , SCAFF and Control plan signoff
  • - WERS, AIMS
