About the role
- Manage and maintain the Environmental Test Labs and Client Development Lab
- Ensure operational readiness for Windows Platform Updates and patch management
- Conduct extensive software and application testing, including proof-of-concept and large-scale testing
- Provide critical 3rd level client platform support
- Collaborate cross-functionally and manage larger initiatives
Requirements
- 5 + years’ experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) Expertise
- 5+ years’ experience with Active Directory Users and Computers
- 3 + years’ experience Operating System Deployment Methods and Troubleshooting
- Application Testing Methods and Troubleshooting
- PowerShell Scripting
- Microsoft MFA Authentication (Multi-Factor Authentication)
