About the role
- Utilize company-verified AI tools to develop and refine an optimized national training schedule for service technicians, improving efficiency and resource allocation.
- Document key processes and workflows within our service engineering function, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Create comprehensive documentation for critical Field Service Actions (FSAs), detailing procedures, requirements, and best practices to enhance operational execution and compliance.
- Work closely with the service operations team to gain a thorough understanding of business needs and translate them into actionable AI initiatives.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or Graduate degree (B.Comm, BBA, MBA or equivalent) in progress
- Applicants will be required to provide current transcripts
- Applicants are required to be returning to school in the Fall
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Candidates must be available May to August 2026
- Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Ability to deliver assignments with a value-add mind-set
- Automotive work and previous work experience considered an asset
- Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and data analysis, with a curiosity for how these technologies can transform business operations.
- Keen attention to detail and an analytical mindset will be required to accurately assess the output for feasibility.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn, with the ability to take initiative and work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail in documentation.
- A genuine interest in the technical aspects of the automotive industry and a desire to contribute to its advancement.
