About the role
- Assist in designing and rolling out CSR initiatives across focus areas (e.g., Education, Environment, Health & Safety and Humanitarian).
- Collaborate with internal teams and external NGO partners to ensure effective execution of programs.
- Support in managing CSR budgets, tracking expenditures, and raising payment requests.
- Maintain accurate records of CSR activities, financial utilization, and impact metrics.
- Design and coordinate employee volunteering programs to foster a culture of giving back.
- Track the progress and outcomes of CSR programs against defined KPIs.
- Develop communication material to highlight CSR initiatives across internal and external platforms.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Practice, Rural Development, Sustainability, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or community development projects.
- A passion for social impact, community service and sustainable development.
- Strong knowledge of CSR trends, reporting standards, and relevant legal frameworks (e.g., Companies Act 2013 CSR rules etc).
- Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and analyze program impact data.
