Manage all aspects of the Powertrain Unit and Platform program including planning, program control and prototype builds
Ensure program deliverables are on track; working with cross functional teams to develop and execute recovery plans as required
Develop presentations to clearly communicate to management the present status of deliverables and identification of issues
Interface daily with other engineers, finance analysts, suppliers and management to ensure program deliverables are achieved and critical decisions are made efficiently
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
3-5 years experience in Program Management, Product Planning, PMT and/or Design & Release Engineering
Extensive program management experience with GPDS, including thorough understanding of Unit and Platform milestone deliverables and working knowledge of Perfect Drawing Plans (PDPs)
A passion for performance vehicles, have a can-do/results-driven attitude and be able to maintain positive/productive working relationships across multiple corporate cultures
High degree of self-motivation and willingness to commit extra effort to "get the job done"
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Candidate must be comfortable in speaking and working with Chief / Director level management
