Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze business requirements related to Ford Bill (Unified Blilling) domain and recommend solutions to meet business objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize requirements and align solutions with overall business strategy
Work with the Product Owner to understand requirements and create JIRA user stories
Participate in requirements gathering, design, and testing phases of the SDLC
Develop business requirements documentation, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and focus groups to gather requirements and feedback
Facilitate discussions with business and technical teams to ensure shared understanding and solution feasibility
Work with development teams to ensure solutions meet requirements and are delivered on time and within budget
Assist in testing and validating solutions against business and technical requirements
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend workflow optimization solutions
Use AI to break down PRDs into user stories and create JIRA user stories

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or related field
7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
Strong understanding of SAAS platforms and experience working with cloud-based software solutions
Solid understanding of software development life cycle methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Experience working on a project involving AI for development and testing
Hand-on AI experience is preferred
Excellent communication and experience facilitating meetings with multiple stakeholders
