About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate and streamline the end-to-end approval process for European Variable Marketing proposals
  • Partner with Finance and Supply Chain Management to validate funding and evaluate profitability before management approval
  • Act as a contact for the European Trading Terms framework
  • Lead discussions for selected markets alongside Regional Business Units
  • Provide training, maintain templates, and offer ongoing operational support to parties submitting Variable Marketing proposals
  • Perform financial cross-checks of test program assumptions and challenge operational inputs to ensure desired ROI
  • Use internal reporting databases and parts-pricing systems such as IBIS and GPPT to conduct ad-hoc sales-volume checks
  • Maintain compliance with internal control frameworks while simplifying processes and templates
  • Collaborate with the FCSD-E Central Marketing team to translate national commercial incentive proposals into strategic growth and optimized profitability across Europe
