About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implement and manage brand strategies that promote Ford Racing brand growth and align to strategic priorities of the business.
- Validate and steer brand representation and identity based on leadership-aligned brand strategy.
- Document and track use cases to evolve the Ford Racing and Raptor brand books and ensure brand consistency.
- Govern production and competition branding on vehicle and livery strategies tied to broader business initiatives.
- Manage Ford Racing brand implementation in lifestyle and merchandise offerings with Global Licensing.
- Implement and govern Ford Racing branding within Experiences/GTM settings.
- Work cross-functionally within Ford Racing and broader Ford teams to support programs leveraging the Ford Racing brand.
- Collaborate with On-Road and Off-Road product and racing managers and the content team to ensure consistent and accurate brand representation.
- Own Ford Racing’s point of view on brand identity matters within Ford Motor Company.
- Support naming/nomenclature strategy and trademark clearances, and address trademark violations.
- Apply a creative, consumer-focused perspective to Ford Racing.
- Manage and update Brand ID use cases based on business decisions and partnerships.
- Translate new branding rules into practical use cases throughout the course of business.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 5+ years of work experience in the field of marketing, brand or strategy
- Moderate travel will be required
- Practical knowledge in brand identity
- Strong presentation skills
- 5+ years of experience in a brand management role
- Global Brand & Enthusiast experience is a plus
- Highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to working hours
- Innovative thinking and ability to think strategically
- Passion for Ford Racing and what it represents to the company
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
