About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver deep-dive, predictive, and trend analyses across Total Rewards programs
- Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards tracking compensation and benefits metrics, pay competitiveness, pay equity, and workforce trends
- Develop visualizations supporting executive decision-making
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities
- Evaluate compensation structures and perform budget impact analyses
- Translate findings into executive summaries, visual reports, and actionable recommendations
- Improve and automate data preparation routines and analytical workflows
- Conduct quantitative modeling and scenario analyses for compensation and benefits programs
- Provide analytical support for salary structures, promotion guidelines, off-cycle adjustment tools, and Total Rewards policies
- Lead end-to-end external market survey management, including data collection, job matching, validation, benchmark submissions, and participation
- Evaluate regional and corporate initiatives, including Recognition+, Performance+, pay equity assessments, and benefit plan cost reviews
- Support annual and off-cycle compensation planning cycles in Oracle HCM and WCM
- Participate in After-Action Reviews and improve data quality, reporting effectiveness, and system functionality
- Establish validation routines, auditing processes, and governance practices for Total Rewards data
- Partner with HRBPs/HRBOs, Global and Regional Total Rewards teams, and HR IT stakeholders
- Present compensation and benefits insights to leadership and support strategic decision-making
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in Total Rewards analytics, Compensation & Benefits analysis, or HR business intelligence
- Proven experience working with large-scale workforce and compensation datasets
- Experience managing market salary surveys and analyzing complex reward structures within a multi-market or multinational environment
- High proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or Visier, with experience building automated and interactive dashboards
- Experience with Oracle HCM and Workforce Compensation Module (WCM)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex functions, modeling, Power Pivot, and macros
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint presentation skills
- Familiarity with modern AI/LLM productivity tools, data automation, or scripting tools such as Python, SQL, or Power Query
- Ability to bridge Total Rewards processes with data technology and HR IT systems
- Strong understanding of business requirements, analytics, and technology solutions
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities
- Ability to analyze complex information and generate meaningful business insights
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to transform complex data into clear and compelling business narratives
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven recommendations
