About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implement HR technology policies, processes, and solutions aligned with organizational business goals
- Administer HRIS systems, manage data, support system enhancements, provide user support, and ensure compliance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR technology system requests, upgrades, tasks, and issues
- Support implementation of new functionality, customizations, upgrades, patches, and process improvements in HRMS and associated applications
- Assist with requirements gathering, system evaluation, configuration, change request prioritization, user acceptance testing, and roll-outs
- Collaborate with senior internal personnel, external vendors, and shared service partners on requirements, analysis, troubleshooting, and system design
- Prepare HR technology reports, analytics, and dashboards for decision-making, data analysis, and compliance reporting
- Analyze system processes, identify gaps, and recommend technology improvements
- Provide guidance and training to employees and end users during system and process roll-outs, upgrades, and modifications
- Maintain HRIS foundational tables, HCM setup components, process documentation, workflows, validation checks, audits, and data integrity
- Participate in HR technology projects and coordinate with senior stakeholders and industry personnel
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR technology skill gaps and implement capability-enhancement initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or commensurate work experience
- Master's Degree in a related field is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of work experience with a Master's degree or 5 years of work experience with a Bachelor's degree, in HR Technology or a related field
- Ability to work in a hybrid model at the Global Technology and Business Center (GTBC) in Naucalpan, Mexico
- Knowledge of HR systems administration, data management, system configuration, and user support
- Experience with HRIS, HRMS, HCM, Learning Management Systems, Timekeeping, and Payroll systems
- Experience with requirements gathering, system evaluation, configuration, change request prioritization, user acceptance testing, roll-outs, upgrades, patches, and process improvements
- Experience preparing reports, analytics, and dashboards
- Ability to perform validation checks, audits, data entry, and maintain data integrity
