About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead change readiness, adoption, and post-go-live activities across global procurement and supplier populations
  • Develop OCM metrics, scorecards, and dashboards to measure readiness, training, adoption, proficiency, sentiment, and support trends
  • Translate data and user feedback into targeted training, communications, coaching, and process improvements
  • Support global cutovers and releases, including readiness assessments, communications, hypercare, and go/no-go recommendations
  • Design and deliver training, communications, workshops, job aids, and digital adoption support
  • Partner with Procurement, IT, Finance, L&D, and MP&L
  • Support supplier enablement and process improvement using digital tools, automation, AI, and Agile/SAFe practices
  • Accelerate adoption and reduce business disruption

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Communications, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Change Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, or ERP transformation
  • Experience with readiness assessments, adoption metrics, analytics, and stakeholder communications
  • Experience applying AI and automation to procurement, change management, or user enablement
  • Strong analytical, presentation, facilitation, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Preferred: 5+ years of experience in Change Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, or ERP transformation
  • Experience with SAP, Ariba, ERP transformation, Power BI, and WalkMe or similar digital adoption tools
  • Experience working in SAFe/Agile environments
  • Prosci, CCMP, CMI, Agile, or SAFe certification
  • Experience with global supplier enablement, digital communications, or multimedia content
