About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Evaluate Product Management and Jira practices across product lines and identify improvement and standardization opportunities
  • Support Product Group-wide PI Planning setup and cadence
  • Develop PI Planning dashboards to help teams understand capacity
  • Enhance Product Group Jira dashboards
  • Own and manage the Product Group Jira instance, including quests and sagas
  • Support multi-year initiatives such as SOS by driving best-in-class Product Management practices
  • Lead aggregation and automation of BPR metrics, including SDLC, Jira Health, and QOS
  • Explore automation opportunities in finance and forecasting processes
  • Evaluate new Product Management practices and tools
  • Act as backup for Product Group Integration forums, including PGIT, OF Sync, and PM Community of Practice
  • Collaborate continuously with product lines, Product Owners, Software Engineering teams, and interfacing groups
  • Support the Order Fulfillment strategic roadmap
  • Foster experimentation and continuous learning
  • Use metrics to shape and align work, anticipate demand, open conversations, and learn

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of product management expertise with a solid foundation in agile software development
  • Ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Experience creating and managing product backlogs
  • Expertise leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Ability to manage complex integrations and dependencies across products, product lines, and product groups
  • Experience using AI tools such as CoPilot, OpenCode, or FordLLM
  • Experience using Jira
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Visa sponsorship is not available
