About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Evaluate Product Management and Jira practices across product lines and identify improvement and standardization opportunities
Support Product Group-wide PI Planning setup and cadence
Develop PI Planning dashboards to help teams understand capacity
Enhance Product Group Jira dashboards
Own and manage the Product Group Jira instance, including quests and sagas
Support multi-year initiatives such as SOS by driving best-in-class Product Management practices
Lead aggregation and automation of BPR metrics, including SDLC, Jira Health, and QOS
Explore automation opportunities in finance and forecasting processes
Evaluate new Product Management practices and tools
Act as backup for Product Group Integration forums, including PGIT, OF Sync, and PM Community of Practice
Collaborate continuously with product lines, Product Owners, Software Engineering teams, and interfacing groups
Support the Order Fulfillment strategic roadmap
Foster experimentation and continuous learning
Use metrics to shape and align work, anticipate demand, open conversations, and learn

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of product management expertise with a solid foundation in agile software development
Ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Experience creating and managing product backlogs
Expertise leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations
Ability to manage complex integrations and dependencies across products, product lines, and product groups
Experience using AI tools such as CoPilot, OpenCode, or FordLLM
Experience using Jira
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
