About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build new business, including new-logo, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities, for Forcepoint solutions serving customers with 0–500 seats
  • Sell and close Forcepoint products, systems, and services in assigned territories, industries, or accounts
  • Develop, identify, and cultivate new accounts
  • Generate prospective customers through cold calling, lead qualification, and follow-up
  • Conduct multichannel, inbound, and outbound sales activities
  • Prepare activity and forecast reports as requested
  • Act as the sole sales representative for assigned territories, industries, accounts, or products when required
  • Establish and maintain channel-partner relationships
  • Maintain an established network of contacts
  • Represent the company to customers and customers to the company in sales-oriented activities
  • Acquire new customers and retain and grow the existing customer base
  • Complete complex sales with little to no supervision
  • Evaluate and recommend best-fit solutions using product, service, and industry knowledge

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Based in Poland
  • Previous experience working for a cybersecurity integrator, distributor, or vendor
  • Proven track record of success managing and developing existing accounts
  • Experience closing business
  • Experience working in a sales position in a high-tech organization
  • Experience selling to C-suite is an advantage
  • Knowledge of MEDDPICC is an advantage
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, with a positive outlook and clear focus on quality and business profit
  • Able to critically assess own performance and plan forward
  • Keen for new experience, responsibility, and accountability
  • Able to work with others and be a team player
  • Demonstrable excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated success and experience in a sales environment
  • Able to articulate commitment to a career in sales
  • Able to work with minimum supervision on routine sales tasks
