About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide world-class support experience to enterprise customer base
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Forcepoint and associated third-party products
- Act as technical advisor within the team
- Participate in product supportability programs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Six or more years of experience supporting business to business customers
- Hands-on experience with Networking fundamentals, HTTP protocol, Application Support Basics, SSL/TLS protocols, SMTP, Packet Capture/Analysis with tcpdump and Wireshark, Diagnosing network latency, Active Directory, MSSQL fundamentals, Information Security Concepts
- Experience supporting Red Hat Linux fundamentals and Windows
