About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute the QA strategy for the DSPM product
Establish and evolve standards for test automation, release readiness, defect management
Partner closely with Engineering to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle
Champion secure-by-design and privacy-aware testing practices
Drive the adoption of AI-enabled QA and test automation tools
Provide risk-based quality assessments and go/no-go recommendations for releases
Improve test environments, data strategies, observability, and tooling
Lead and mentor a high-performing QA team in Poland

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in software QA
2+ years in a QA leadership or management role
Proven experience testing complex, cloud-native or SaaS platforms
Strong background in test automation frameworks, API testing, and CI/CD pipeline integration
Solid understanding of modern engineering QA practices
Experience working with or alongside cybersecurity products
Demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing teams
Strong communication skills
