About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute the QA strategy for the DSPM product
- Establish and evolve standards for test automation, release readiness, defect management
- Partner closely with Engineering to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle
- Champion secure-by-design and privacy-aware testing practices
- Drive the adoption of AI-enabled QA and test automation tools
- Provide risk-based quality assessments and go/no-go recommendations for releases
- Improve test environments, data strategies, observability, and tooling
- Lead and mentor a high-performing QA team in Poland
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in software QA
- 2+ years in a QA leadership or management role
- Proven experience testing complex, cloud-native or SaaS platforms
- Strong background in test automation frameworks, API testing, and CI/CD pipeline integration
- Solid understanding of modern engineering QA practices
- Experience working with or alongside cybersecurity products
- Demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing teams
- Strong communication skills
