About the role
- Partner with sales leaders to collect and document weekly forecast updates, including changes to overall forecast numbers and specific deal movements.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of forecast data, reconciling discrepancies and validating deal-level changes.
- Create clear, concise, and visually compelling presentations for executive leadership, summarizing weekly forecast updates and highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Conduct regular forecast analysis to provide insights that guide strategic business decisions.
- Build and maintain data models to support the annual planning process, including revenue projections, pipeline analysis, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Finance teams to ensure data models align with business objectives and growth strategies.
- Identify opportunities to streamline forecast collection and reporting processes, leveraging tools like Salesforce, Clari, and Excel.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, financial analysis, or a similar analytical role.
- Proven experience working with sales teams to manage forecasts and deliver data-driven insights.
- Experience building presentations for executive audiences.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, XLOOKUP, data modeling) and PowerPoint.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, including report and dashboard creation.
- Experience with Clari forecasting.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with sales leaders and executives.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
