About the role

  • Lead and manage Sales Engineering team, providing mentorship and career development for pre-sales engineers
  • Partner with Singapore sales leadership to develop and execute territory strategy
  • Ensure technical excellence in customer engagements
  • Support large, complex, and strategic sales opportunities as executive technical leader
  • Foster strong relationships with key enterprise customers and government agencies
  • Drive regional adoption of new and emerging solutions
  • Collaborate with global product and engineering teams for customer feedback
  • Oversee proof-of-concept (PoC) projects and customer workshops
  • Represent the technical voice of Singapore in regional and global leadership forums

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity or enterprise IT
  • 3+ years in a pre-sales leadership or managerial role
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams
  • Strong domain expertise in Data Loss Prevention (DLP), AI-driven data classification, Network security (NGFW), and Data Security Posture Management (DSPM)
  • Deep understanding of enterprise security challenges across cloud and hybrid environments
  • Strong customer engagement and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Based in Singapore with flexibility to travel regionally as needed
