About the role

  • Build and maintain reusable React components and UI features within our Next.js frontend.
  • Translate UI/UX designs from Figma into responsive, accessible, performant interfaces.
  • Implement styling using SCSS, CSS modules, or styled libraries.
  • Work closely with senior engineers to understand and follow architectural patterns, coding standards, and best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, both giving and receiving feedback.
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and backend engineers to implement new functionality.
  • Write clean, well-structured code.
  • Assist in optimizing performance metrics (LCP, INP, CLS) and understanding frontend performance fundamentals.
  • Support A/B testing and experiment setup using VWO.
  • Assist with bug fixing, debugging, QA, and frontend maintenance tasks.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of professional experience with React
  • Strong foundational knowledge of React and JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Familiarity with Next.js or similar frameworks
  • Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive layouts, and modern styling approaches
  • Basic understanding of API consumption (GraphQL or REST)
  • Experience with Git and collaborative version control
  • Understanding of accessibility principles and performance basics
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience
