About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for maintenance of checklists, reviews of submitted exhibits, and detailed organization of collected documents
- Coordinate information flow between borrower, borrower representatives, broker, and third-party vendors
- Coordinate third-party invoices and contracts for each transaction
- Maintain Forbright proprietary ‘Portal’ system and electronic control binder for each transaction
- Prepare correspondence necessary to facilitate workflow
- Maintain and organize market and industry data necessary for comprehensive underwriting
- Assist with closings, as requested
- Complete post-closing requirements in connection with Forbright’s HUD Quality Control Plan and/or Forbright internal requirements
- Comply with all facets of Forbright’s HUD Quality Control Plan
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of HUD 232 and/or HUD MAP loan processing / project management experience required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding problem-solving and time management skills
- Self-motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented
- Adaptable and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Can work independently and within a team; solution-oriented with a collaborative approach
