About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for maintenance of checklists, reviews of submitted exhibits, and detailed organization of collected documents
Coordinate information flow between borrower, borrower representatives, broker, and third-party vendors
Coordinate third-party invoices and contracts for each transaction
Maintain Forbright proprietary ‘Portal’ system and electronic control binder for each transaction
Prepare correspondence necessary to facilitate workflow
Maintain and organize market and industry data necessary for comprehensive underwriting
Assist with closings, as requested
Complete post-closing requirements in connection with Forbright’s HUD Quality Control Plan and/or Forbright internal requirements
Comply with all facets of Forbright’s HUD Quality Control Plan
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Minimum of 4 years of HUD 232 and/or HUD MAP loan processing / project management experience required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Outstanding problem-solving and time management skills
Self-motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented
Adaptable and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Can work independently and within a team; solution-oriented with a collaborative approach
