About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Set up, manage and optimize paid search campaigns
- Support the SEM team in various tasks, analyses and reporting
- Work closely with the wider paid search team to grow online presence and conversions
- Ensure campaigns deliver positive ROI to achieve desired results
- Manage multiple accounts
- Maintain and monitor bidding strategies, targeting settings, budgets, search terms and other important account metrics
- Manage the creation of large keyword lists
- Implement creative copy suggestions
- Define campaign budgets and align campaign goals
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword and targeting opportunities
- Keep up to date with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments
- Utilize data driven analysis insights and identify opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven 1+ years of experience in Performance marketing, creating, managing and executing paid search campaigns on Google and Bing ads
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data manipulation
- Google/Bing ads certification, a plus
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to think creatively
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong relationship building skills
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative paid search strategies
- Ability to present information effectively to a range of audiences
- Proficiency in managing moderate to large scale paid search accounts
- Skills in campaign performance analysis and digital traffic metrics
- Experience working with paid search tools to analyze and audit performance such as SEM Rush, Google search console
- Proven experience in using smart bidding strategies (tROAS, tCPA, maximize conversion, maximize conversion value)
