About the role
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle across multiple lending offerings (e.g., installment loan, revenue advance and line of credit).
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, ensuring alignment with company OKRs and go-to-market strategy.
- Partner with engineering, risk, and data teams to deliver high-quality, compliant, and performant products.
- Define and monitor key product KPIs (adoption, revenue contribution, retention, NPS) and drive continuous improvement.
- Translate complex financial, regulatory, and technical concepts into simple customer value propositions.
- Represent the product function in executive discussions, board reviews, and cross-functional planning cycles.
Requirements
- 10+ years in product management, with at least 3 in leadership roles at fintech or financial services companies.
- Proven success scaling B2B or B2C financial products in regulated environments.
- Strong data-driven decision-making and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working with modern product and growth frameworks (OKRs, product discovery, metrics-driven iteration)
