• Manage all aspects of the organization’s external-facing communications
• Elevate the organization’s profile with stakeholders including funders and policymakers
• Develop and lead FTP’s marketing and communication strategies and campaigns
• Lead internal communication strategies and manage change
• Oversee media relations and brand visibility
• Serve as Executive Editor for all organizational publications
• Collaborate with development staff to create compelling fundraising content
