About the role

  • Build the pipeline: Attract and identify aspiring Owner Operators
  • Guide the journey: Coach candidates through assessment centres and interviews
  • Coordinate selection: Lead end-to-end selection processes
  • Recruit retail leaders: Map and headhunt talent for leadership roles across our store network.
  • Partner for success: Work closely with Owner Operators, Heads of Banner, and Leadership Programme Managers to align future ownership needs.

Requirements

  • Whether you come from recruitment, HR or L&D, you know how to seek out talent and guide people on their journey.
  • You’re confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels and can build trust quickly.
  • Experience coordinating assessment centres and using selection tools
  • You’re proactive, adaptable, and always looking for ways to improve and innovate.
