About the role

  • Supporting the planning and execution of category strategies that align with our wider business goals
  • Managing product, pricing, and promotional admin across your portfolio
  • Reviewing performance and identifying opportunities to optimise promotions and pricing
  • Building strong relationships with suppliers, stores, and internal teams
  • Helping ensure our categories are well-positioned to meet customer needs and deliver commercial results

Requirements

  • Experience in ranging, sourcing, pricing and promotion OR similar
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to spot trends and opportunities
  • Confidence in negotiating and managing supplier relationships
  • Intermediate Excel skills (think XLOOKUPs, pivot tables and analysis)
  • Adaptable, eager to learn and self-motivated
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-moving environment
  • A collaborative working style, great communication skills, and a strong work ethic
