FoodsmartSenior Product Manager at Foodsmart managing clinical tooling and workflows to enhance care delivery and quality. Collaborating across teams to scale clinical operations and ensure safety regulations.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the roadmap for the Clinical Quality & Safety pod with a clear mandate: make Foodsmart's RD workforce more effective, raise the quality bar of care delivery, and build the safety infrastructure that lets the clinical model scale
- Work closely with Clinical Operations to deeply understand RD workflows, identify friction points, and translate them into prioritized product improvements

- Define and track quality and efficiency metrics: session completion rates, RD time-on-task, documentation accuracy, and other indicators of clinical operational health
