About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the roadmap for the Food Access & Benefits pod end-to-end
- Translate complex operational workflows into scalable product capabilities
- Partner with Engineering, Partnerships, and Operations to define systems architecture
- Build tools and workflows for Client Success, Partnerships, and Clinical Operations
- Set the strategy for the Food Access & Benefits pod with full autonomy
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of product management experience in B2B or B2B2C environments
- A track record of launching new products end-to-end
- Direct experience working with Implementation, Operations, or Client Success teams
- Experience in AI-enabled product development processes and tools
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with benefits management platforms or government health program operations
- Exposure to food retail, food ordering, or supply chain partnerships
