About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • As Sales Operations Lead, ensure the reliability, structure and evolution of tools, data and processes for the B2B teams
  • Administer HubSpot and the GTM stack (Aircall, Odoo, prospecting tools)
  • Own data quality and design operational/management dashboards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–3 years of post-graduate experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or in an analytical, structuring role (Data, BI, Consulting)
  • Strong CRM expertise, with hands-on mastery of HubSpot
  • Comfortable with data analysis: structuring datasets, joining sources, and turning business requirements into actionable analysis
  • Autonomous, curious and proactive
