About the role

  • As an Agile Delivery Manager, you ensure our engineering team collaborates efficiently.
  • You take a central role in organizing, coordinating and continuously improving our development processes.
  • You organize and facilitate our core engineering ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning and reviews.
  • You keep track of ongoing issues and create transparency around progress and priorities.
  • You support the team in staying focused.
  • You identify bottlenecks in the workflow and help find pragmatic solutions.
  • You foster collaboration between backend, data science and AI.

Requirements

  • Experience in a role such as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Technical Project Manager or similar.
  • Strong understanding of modern software development (ideally in a SaaS or AI/Data context).
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Data, Product).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence without disciplinary authority.
  • Hands-on mentality, high personal responsibility and strong organizational skills.
  • Structured, solution-oriented way of working with high reliability and an ownership mindset.
  • Very good German (at least C1) and English (at least B2) skills, both written and spoken.
