About the role
- Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria with stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop detailed project plans, tracking progress via PMO standards and tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project)
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and risks; prepare milestone acceptance documents for client alignment and billing
- Lead cross-functional project teams, internal resources, and external consultants for successful execution
- Oversee project RAID (risks, actions, issues, decisions) and escalate concerns appropriately
- Ensure clear, consistent communication with clients through status reporting and regular project reviews
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation in alignment with PMO standards
Requirements
- At least 8 years of IT consulting experience, with a minimum of 5 years in project management within a professional services firm
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Information Technology, Life Sciences, Engineering, Business)
- Project Management certification highly desirable (PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus
