About the role
- Lead solution ideation and design sessions with prospects and clients
- Conduct discovery to clarify business needs, processes, and requirements
- Translate business needs into actionable solution designs for development teams
- Deliver polished solution presentations and design recommendations
- Ensure alignment between customer expectations and technical feasibility
- Act as client advocate during implementation, maintaining satisfaction and trust
- Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and consultants to deliver solutions
- Identify opportunities to expand solutions and strengthen partnerships
- Support sales enablement with design input and solution storytelling
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in solutions architecture, consulting, or client-facing technical roles
- Proven ability to design and present solutions that meet client business goals
- Strong sales presentation and communication skills with executive presence, combining business acumen and a solution-oriented mindset
- Experience working in post-sale, solution delivery, or implementation environments
- Ability to bridge business requirements with technical design
- Experience drafting IT project scopes of work
- Knowledge of software development lifecycles and enterprise solution design
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or related field
