• The WASH Lead is responsible for developing and implementing water, sanitation, and hygiene programs across the organization.
• Directs the design, monitoring, and evaluation of WASH projects, including proposal development.
• Promote WASH innovation and the development of scalable approaches that can be piloted, adapted, and sustained over time.
• Serve as FH’s primary WASH technical authority, providing global technical leadership and final validation of WASH designs, standards, and approaches across humanitarian, emergency, and development contexts.

• Lead, direct and manage the Program Delivery unit ensuring effective project management and operational support to Country Offices.
• Lead the Program Delivery team in a manner that facilitates a high-performance culture, openness, strong relationships, mutual support and respect, and decisiveness.
• Manage, support and mentor a team of Portfolio Managers and Coordinators to successfully meet performance objectives.
• Provide leadership on the development and roll out of program delivery standards.
• Provide global leadership on the roll out of strategic initiatives to Country Offices.
• Support CPPRO and Regional Directors with operational matters related to effective and efficient program delivery.
• Liaison between home office, business units, and Country Offices (CO), addressing bottlenecks as required.
• Tracking of Program Delivery based upon the criteria of Scope, Time, Budget and Risk.
• Support Project and/or Country Office start-up and closeouts.
• Provide surge support to COs to support effective and efficient program delivery and address risks or bottlenecks to delivery.
