Requirements

7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or similar roles
3+ years in a leadership position
Experience building and scaling SE functions in B2B enterprise SaaS, ideally within fintech, tax tech, or API-driven platforms
Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
Empathetic leadership skills to develop talent, build trust, and drive results through collaboration
Comfortable in high-growth, fast-paced environments
Strong communication skills and executive presence
