About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Development of internal tools and services using n8n, HubSpot and custom code-based services
Automation of manual processes using AI, APIs and modern SaaS tools
Building internal platforms for Support, Operations, Sales and Customer Success
Analyzing internal workflows and identifying bottlenecks & automation opportunities
Close collaboration with all teams to eliminate repetitive work
Building custom agents and optimizing them for the DACH context

Requirements

What you’ll need

Software engineering background: you write code, read APIs, understand data models and debug issues
Extensive experience with n8n and other automation tools – you know when n8n is the right choice and when it’s better to implement a small service in code
Experience with APIs, integrations and workflow automation
Strong understanding of pragmatic software development & rapid iteration
AI-first: Claude Code, Cursor, Agents, LLM APIs are part of your toolkit – or you’re eager to make them so
High sense of ownership and a hands-on mentality
Extreme growth mindset
Native German (DACH focus – you will also optimize agents for this region) + good English
