About the role

  • Manage the entire facility.
  • Supervise a multidisciplinary team, lead meetings, participate in recruitment and staff development planning for your establishment, and conduct annual and professional appraisals.
  • Ensure the health and well-being of each child, taking into account their needs and those of their family.
  • Be responsible for hygiene and the safety of people and property within the facility.
  • Manage family contributions, staffing levels (children/staff), and occupancy rates.
  • In collaboration with the physician, develop first-aid and emergency protocols and monitor the children’s health status.
  • Train your team on hygiene, nutrition, safety, and health education rules.
  • Organize relations with parents.

Requirements

  • Diploma as an Early Childhood Educator (Educateur de Jeunes Enfants) or State-certified Paediatric Nurse (Infirmière Puéricultrice d’État)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience managing an early childhood care facility (EAJE) required.
  • Proven experience in team management.
  • Curious mindset and a dynamic personality.
