About the role
- Implement content strategy as defined by the Director, Brand & Communications.
- Manage the editorial calendar and oversee the production of blogs, case studies, white papers, and SEO-optimized content.
- Develop and execute thought leadership content for Follett Software Innovators Network, including identifying guest contributors and industry influencers.
- Own webinar planning, execution, and content repurposing across blogs, social media, FSIN, and other channels.
- Define social media strategy and oversee its execution, ensuring content is optimized for engagement and distribution.
- Manage customer storytelling initiatives, including case studies, testimonials, and feature stories.
- Ensure content is repurposed effectively across digital channels, including website, email, and paid media.
- Track and analyze content performance metrics to evaluate success against KPIs, optimizing strategy based on key insights and data-driven recommendations. Leverage reporting tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms to monitor engagement, conversion rates, and content effectiveness.
- Showcase a strong understanding of content marketing through past work examples, as evident in candidate’s portfolio.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in content marketing, social media strategy, and thought leadership.
- Required Skills: strong writing, storytelling, and editorial skills
- Experience managing content calendars, SEO strategies, and multi-channel content execution
- Proven experience planning and executing webinars and repurposing content
- Social media strategy experience with a focus on engagement and brand growth
- Leadership experience, including managing and mentoring team members, a plus
- Familiarity with tools such as Wistia Hubspot, and G2 a plus
