About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive end-to-end implementations and solutions for hotel partners
  • Own the customer technical journey from discovery to deployment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience shipping production systems
  • Comfortable owning the customer journey from initial pre-sales discovery through production implementation
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
  • Full-stack generalist with proficiency in Ruby on Rails, Hotwire, TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Postgres
  • Experience with system integrations, APIs, and building reliable data pipelines
  • Excellent technical communication skills for non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience building software for industries with complex operational workflows, ideally in hospitality, payments, or marketplace environments
  • Understanding that this role involves hands-on coding, product management, technical customer success, and solution architecture
