About the role

  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting to support business decision-making.
  • Develop, implement, and refine AI-powered workflows that automate data extraction, cleaning, and reporting.
  • Build and maintain financial tools, models, and dashboards that improve accuracy, speed, and visibility.
  • Partner cross-functionally with teams across the business to understand drivers, surface insights, and improve financial processes.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance data quality, and increase automation in FP&A operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement of our reporting and analytics capabilities using modern technologies and AI solutions.

Requirements

  • a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 3+ years experience in finance and accounting, with experience supporting forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel — including financial modeling, complex formulas, and data automation
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, especially in small to midsize companies, is preferred
  • Experience with financial systems, data tools, or BI platforms is a plus (Microsoft Power BI, ThoughtSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms )
  • You’re comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and collaborating across multiple functional teams.
