About the role
- Own and continuously refine the TAM and Prospecting Database
- Administer Salesforce with a focus on object and field governance
- Build and maintain workflow automations using n8n, Make, Zapier, Clay, and other tools
- Manage and optimize integrations across D365, Ordway, Drift, 6sense, HubSpot
- Enforce data quality standards including dedupe and merge policies
- Create observable pipelines through dashboards, logs, and notifications
- Partner closely with Program Managers and the Demand Generation Strategist
Requirements
- 4+ years of Salesforce Administration experience with strong proficiency in Flows
- hands-on with n8n, Make, Zapier, and Clay for enrichment, data prep, and workflow orchestration
- experience with SQL and Python for data quality checks, preparation, and operational support
- experience working with 6sense intent models, HubSpot marketing operations, and at least one tele-engagement technology stack
- proven record of improving data hygiene, reducing duplicates, improving routing accuracy, and strengthening system integrations
- ability to document clearly, manage change with discipline, and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
