About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- New customer acquisition: You proactively identify and engage new B2B customers for our Cloud, XaaS and Cybersecurity services.
- Sales with foresight: You design well-considered sales strategies, recognize market opportunities and implement concrete measures to achieve targets sustainably.
- Sales cycle management: From first contact to contract signing, you orchestrate the entire sales process and coordinate closely with Engineering, Marketing and Management.
- Solution development: Together with Product Management, you design tailored solutions that precisely meet your customers' needs.
- Process optimization: You contribute ideas to make internal sales processes more efficient and to sustainably increase sales success.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in B2B sales within the IT industry; ideally in the areas of Cloud, XaaS or Cybersecurity.
- Proven success in acquiring new customers and building long-term customer relationships.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and modern digital sales tools.
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style, combined with entrepreneurial thinking.
- Native-level German and very good English skills.
