VP of Recruiting

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build, coach, and elevate a team of 15–20 recruiters, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous growth
- Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance outcomes, ensuring recruitment activity aligns with revenue and margin goals
- Ensure best-in-class customer service standards for both clinicians and clients
- Guide negotiation strategies that balance clinician satisfaction with organizational margin objectives
- Partner with senior leadership on compensation models, processes, technology enhancements, and talent development
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and implement best practices across the recruitment function
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of leadership experience within the healthcare staffing industry
- 3–5 years leading diverse sales and/or recruitment teams
- Experience working within a Salesforce ATS
- Proven ability to drive consistent financial results
- Passion for developing people and building high-performing teams
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Strategic mindset with execution focus
