About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You'll design and deliver network projects for customers across the UK
- LAN/WAN refreshes, SD-WAN rollouts, firewall and wireless deployments
- Working across vendors like Meraki, Aruba, Cisco, SonicWall and Ubiquiti
- Be the escalation point for tricky network issues
- Scope solutions on customer calls and mentor other engineers
- Get involved in cloud migrations, server and virtualisation support, and security implementations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in IT support, infrastructure or solutions delivery
- CCNA certification
- Genuine expertise in networking: VLANs, routing and switching, firewalls, WAN/SD-WAN and wireless design
- Confidence with networking vendors such as Meraki, Aruba, Cisco, SonicWall or Ubiquiti
- Strong troubleshooting instincts and clear communication with non-technical customers
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customer sites
