Key responsibilities & impact

Own the HubSpot platform strategy, governance, adoption, and development
Collaborate with Marketing HubSpot owner for a connected view across the revenue funnel
Design sales reporting framework and dashboards for sales leadership
Scope and roll out new HubSpot features, workflows, and manage integrations
Own training curriculum and drive platform compliance within sales team
Maintain CRM architecture including database structures and lifecycle management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrable hands-on HubSpot experience in an admin, engineer, or platform owner capacity
Experience owning a CRM platform end-to-end — strategy, governance, and development, not just configuration
Strong understanding of sales workflows within HubSpot and how marketing activity feeds into the sales pipeline
Experience working with Data or Technology teams to deliver features and integrations
Strong analytical skills with experience building sales reporting frameworks
Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with Sales leaders, senior stakeholders, and technical teams
Bonus points for HubSpot certification, a RevOps or Sales Ops background, or experience in a B2B tech or SaaS environment.
