About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Processing orders across our Cloud & Connectivity product range, including VoIP telephony and fixed line broadband
- Keeping customers updated on order progress and appointments
- Accurately inputting data into network and billing systems
- Providing customer service and basic technical support via phone, email and support tickets
- Getting involved in wider business projects as your confidence grows
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 6–12 months' experience in an office-based customer-facing role
- Strong attention to detail — you take pride in getting things right
- A confident, friendly communicator on the phone and over email
- Genuine curiosity about technology and how things work
