About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain responsive, accessible front-end templates and components in Statamic CMS using Antlers/Blade templating
  • Translate Figma designs into pixel-accurate, production-ready Tailwind CSS
  • Build and own a design system and component library
  • Optimize page speed, Core Web Vitals, images, and assets
  • Implement UI details including spacing, typography, interaction states, and animations
  • Build flexible, editor-friendly page blocks for content and marketing teams
  • Support site work including navigation, landing pages, and campaign microsites
  • Keep code clean, documented, and version-controlled in Git
  • Collaborate with designers and provide creative input during a full website rebuild

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong commercial front-end experience with a track record demonstrating UX/UI sensibility
  • Experience with Tailwind CSS preferred
  • Solid HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles, including layout, hierarchy, accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, and interaction design
  • Experience translating Figma designs into pixel-accurate front-end code
  • Understanding of front-end performance and Core Web Vitals
  • Comfortable with Git and collaborative version control workflows
