Technical Writer

• Generating & managing technical documentation for developer experience/Open source public site
• Supporting Open Source community engagement & building out resources for the developer experience
• Comfortable collaborating with both engineers and designers to extract information to ensure informational accuracy in documentation
• Capable of creating or contributing to style guides, governance flows and other documentation guidelines
• Establishing info architecture for technical documentation within GitHub, GitBook & Confluence utilized across team & stakeholders

Designer

• Conduct user research and build service blueprints to inform design decisions and delivery
• Collaborate with ACF partners to define an MVP while continuing to work discovery and validation efforts
• Work closely with product, engineering and ACF teams to understand and document the current state, as well as map out the future state
• Support the design lead with research planning and operations, including outreach to tribal organizations
• Contribute to wireframing and prototyping, as needed
• Support product in gathering and reviewing policy requirements that may influence delivery
• Assist the team with documentation and knowledge sharing to ensure transparency and build alignment

Service Designer

Technical Product Manager

• Define and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned to ACF's mission, milestones, and contract objectives using the Focus Delivery Framework
• Apply structured prioritization frameworks to balance user needs, compliance requirements, and technical feasibility
• Translate discovery research and policy goals into actionable epics, user stories, and backlog priorities
• Guide the definition and rollout of the MVP and future releases, focusing on measurable impact and user outcomes
• Facilitate sprints, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to keep cross-functional teams aligned and unblocked
• Partner with the ACF product owner and stakeholders to balance competing priorities across a complex federal ecosystem
• Manage relationships across program, policy, and technology partners, building alignment without formal authority
• Facilitate user workshops, demos, and sprint reviews that promote transparency and continuous learning
• Establish comprehensive metrics strategy including leading indicators, counterweight metrics, and performance dashboards
• Track and report delivery performance using data-driven metrics with clear baselines and targets
• Create single source of truth documentation strategy linking technical specifications, user requirements, and design decisions
• Prepare Monthly Project Status Reports and represent delivery health to ACF program and OCIO leadership
• Collaborate with the Technical Lead on DevSecOps and ATO readiness activities, ensuring security and compliance considerations are integrated early
• Navigate open source solutions evaluation and integration within government security requirements
• Coordinate technical dependencies across engineering, design, and external vendors
