About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Key and balance customer/Bank deposits received via mail
  • Process payments using Deluxe/Optima software at established accuracy and production rates
  • Learn and maintain comprehensive job knowledge through procedures and on-the-job training
  • Complete production accurately and at expected levels
  • Assist with procedure feedback and daily improvement processes
  • Identify, monitor, and report suspicious activity
  • Complete BSA/AML and other assigned training
  • Report compliance issues and violations according to the FNO Compliance Accountability Program
  • Maintain professional behavior and constructive working relationships
  • Demonstrate regular attendance, punctuality, dependability, and adherence to the agreed schedule

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school graduate or GED
  • 10 Key abilities
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Focus on attention to detail and accuracy
  • Regular and predictable attendance
  • Knowledge of banking products and processes (desired)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products (desired)
  • Ability to work Thursday through Monday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM or until processing is finished
  • Must comply with applicable bank policies, laws, regulations, BSA/AML Program, Customer Identification Program, and Customer Due Diligence Policy
