About the role
- Evaluate current product portfolio performance and market fit
- Identify product gaps and opportunities based on market analysis
- Lead development/enhancement of wealth management offerings
- Create business cases for new initiatives and track ROI
- Identify cross-selling opportunities with other business lines (Consumer & Commercial)
- Lead comprehensive product, technology and capability gap assessments
- Develop 3-year strategic product roadmap for Wealth Management
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for business model evolution.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape
- Look across Wealth product lines to identify synergies and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years’ experience relevant wealth financial services or product management required
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to create scalable frameworks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative worker and is an effective team player
- Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship
