About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide strategic leadership for banking technology platforms supporting FNBO’s agricultural lending and leasing business
  • Translate business strategy into product execution as a Product Owner within an Agile team
  • Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams for development of complex initiatives
  • Monitor key performance indicators and user feedback to evaluate return on investment
  • Collaborate with technology and vendor partners to evaluate solution options

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management or related role
  • Scrum/Agile (CSPO) certification preferred
  • Strong technical leadership skills
  • Proficiency with technical discussions; ability to understand system diagrams and API concepts
  • Advanced knowledge of banking regulations and their technical implications
  • Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.
