About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Design Process by assisting senior designers in various stages from user journeys to designing user interfaces.
  • Translate complex financial concepts into simple, intuitive user experiences.
  • Document design decisions and present work to stakeholders.
  • Support the UX research team in conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Help collect and organize user feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Create basic wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts under supervision.
  • Develop UI elements and screen designs according to established brand guidelines and design systems.
  • Contribute to our design system and component library.
  • Actively participate in design reviews, seek feedback on your work, and continuously improve your design skills and knowledge.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio demonstrating fundamental design skills and process.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Miro, etc.
  • Understanding of basic user-centered design principles, usability concepts, and accessibility standards.
  • Ability to approach design challenges methodically and contribute creative solutions.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to present your design work and rationale clearly.
  • Eagerness to work in a team environment and receptiveness to feedback and direction.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  • Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.
