About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Design Process by assisting senior designers in various stages from user journeys to designing user interfaces.
Translate complex financial concepts into simple, intuitive user experiences.
Document design decisions and present work to stakeholders.
Support the UX research team in conducting user research and usability testing.
Help collect and organize user feedback to inform design decisions.
Create basic wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts under supervision.
Develop UI elements and screen designs according to established brand guidelines and design systems.
Contribute to our design system and component library.
Actively participate in design reviews, seek feedback on your work, and continuously improve your design skills and knowledge.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio demonstrating fundamental design skills and process.
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Miro, etc.
Understanding of basic user-centered design principles, usability concepts, and accessibility standards.
Ability to approach design challenges methodically and contribute creative solutions.
Good communication skills with the ability to present your design work and rationale clearly.
Eagerness to work in a team environment and receptiveness to feedback and direction.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.
